My name is Bayla. We started this store in August 2008 as a resource for Baltimore parents looking for a local cloth diaper store. There are a ton of websites out there for cloth diapers. But it's completely different to be able to touch and feel them in person! They are much cuter and softer than they look online!

We will try to fill and ship your orders within 2 business days, likely the next day, if all merchandise is in stock. Custom or out-of-stock orders will take longer. We prefer to ship USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail as it is often cheaper and faster, but will also ship UPS or Fedex if you have a preference. Because we offer $5 flat rate shipping in most cases, we reserve the right to ship using the cheapest method available. If you need the package to reach you by a deadline, please let us know and the shipping charge may be adjusted.Exchanges:
We understand some things may look different in person than online. We will exchange unused, unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion. Please contact us before sending an item back. We will not refund shipping charges. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
