We know what it's like to buy a load of diapers for your newborn and then have them outgrow them all in a few months. We are now offering a Newborn Rental program to help you save on the costs of those first few months of cloth diapering. This will allow you to still cloth diaper your baby from the beginning without the upfront investment. That way you are able to start your stash once your baby will be in a sized or one-size diaper for a longer period.
Most newborns don't fit well into one-size diaper options until they are a few months old. Although newborn diapers fit the best on small babies, it isn't always worth the investment.
With our rental program, we provide the diapers, covers, and accessories you need - making it easy for you! Each package includes a bag of Cloth diaper-safe detergent.
Options:
- 24 Organic Indian cotton prefolds, 6 diaper covers, 1 Snappi = $50 per month
- 24 Kissaluvs size 0 fitteds, 6 diaper covers = $100 per month
- 24 bumGenius XSmall All In One diapers = $100 per month
- 24 Lil Joey All In One diapers = $120 per month
- 24 Tini Fit All In One diapers = $150 per month
- 24 GroVia Newborn All In One diapers = $130 per month
- 6 bumGenius, 6 Lil Joeys, 6 Tini Fits, 6 GroVia = $130 per month
Package must be reserved at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. If you don't have that much time you must contact us before purchasing to see if we have a rental package available.
Total due for each package is TWICE THE MONTHLY CHARGE - the second half serves as your refundable deposit.
Minimum rental period is one month (4 weeks). This package is non refundable after it has been picked up or shipped. If you change your mind after purchasing the package and the diapers have not yet left our store, we will refund your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to continue your rental longer than 4 weeks, you may do so 2 weeks at a time at half of the monthly rental fee.
Lost, damaged, or unusable diapers will be charged a fee equal to their retail value, deducted from the deposit. You are welcome to keep any diapers you choose, which will be deducted from your deposit.
Included in your rental is a bag of Cloth diaper-safe detergent. You may only use detergents approved by Soft and Cozy Baby. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, stain treatments, or dryer sheets, as these will ruin the diapers.
You may only use diaper rash creams approved by Soft and Cozy Baby. We recommend using liners with all rash creams.
If you decide to keep the diapers or never return them, we will keep your deposit and charge an additional $50 to cover the cost of the products.
You have a 3 day grace period following the end of your rental period to return the diapers in person or postmarked at the post office. After those 3 days we will charge you for an additional non-refundable monthly rental.
Diapers must be returned freshly washed or a fee will be charged. And diapers that smell of smoke, perfume, other odors, have pet hair, excessive wear and tear are not eligible for return credit and are yours to keep.
No discounts or coupons may be used with this rental. Free Shipping does not apply with this program. We charge a $10 shipping fee to ship this package to you. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you insure the package and use delivery confirmation to ensure it arrives safely.
Other items you may need include: wet bags & pail liners, rash cream, disposable liners, additional Snappis, diaper sprayer.
Upon return of your Rental Kit you will receive your deposit back and a 10% off coupon towards a future purchase.
