Welcome to Soft and Cozy Baby!
My name is Bayla. We started this store in August 2008 as a resource for Baltimore parents looking for a local cloth diaper store. There are a ton of websites out there for cloth diapers. But it's completely different to be able to touch and feel them in person! They are much cuter and softer than they look online!
Shipping Information:
We will try to fill and ship your orders within 2 business days, likely the next day, if all merchandise is in stock. Custom or out-of-stock orders will take longer. We prefer to ship USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail as it is often cheaper and faster, but will also ship UPS or Fedex if you have a preference. Because we offer $5 flat rate shipping in most cases, we reserve the right to ship using the cheapest method available. If you need the package to reach you by a deadline, please let us know and the shipping charge may be adjusted.
Exchanges:
We understand some things may look different in person than online. We will exchange unused, unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion. Please contact us before sending an item back. We will not refund shipping charges. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders can be cancelled if you email us the same day and the package has not gone out yet. Returns are only accepted on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. For sealed packages that have been opened but not used, you may be eligible to store credit at our discretion. Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. Shipping will not be refunded unless it is our fault. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund for returned merchandise. If a full order is returned, actual shipping charges will be deducted. If part of an order is returned, shipping charges will be deducted by our discretion.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please do not refuse packages - contact us first. We reserve the right to refuse to refund a refused package. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

This is store credit that may be used online or in our store. You will receive credit for gift certificates you buy but not for those you redeem. Returned orders will be deducted from your credit. In addition, you can receive $5 SOFT SAVINGS for every new person you refer to our store. When they give your name at the time of their first purchase, you will receive $5 SOFT SAVINGS on your next purchase. They are not eligible if they have made a purchase with us before, whether in person or online. COZY CASH and SOFT SAVINGS can only be redeemed for merchandise. You cannot buy gift certificates with either. They are non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons. You must ask to use your credit at the time of your purchase. Soft and Cozy Baby, LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restructure this program at any time.
